By submitting a comment, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and agree that your comment may be published on this platform. The City of Toronto (the “City”) may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. City of Toronto Staff may review any comments during normal business hours to ensure the appropriate guidelines below are met.

We remove:

  • may include any viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or interfere with this platform, and/or any third-party websites

 By submitting a comment, you warrant that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. By commenting you agree to assign all intellectual property rights in any materials created to the City, including but not limited to copyright, and to irrevocability waive in favour of the City, in whole or in part, any and all moral rights, with no compensation or further consent required.

By submitting a comment, you agree to accept all legal liabilities for its content, and agree to hold the City of Toronto, its Councillors, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns harmless.

Please note that all comments will be considered records that are available to the general public under section 27 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved by a Court or a tribunal, whichever may be applicable, sitting in Toronto, Ontario. In the event that there is no applicable Court or tribunal sitting in Toronto, the proceeding shall be brought in the court (or other forum) of competent jurisdiction nearest to the City of Toronto within the Province of Ontario.
